Miss Sapphire, the 'other' middle sister.
It would seem that no sooner had Miss Saigon made her debut, she was chased on the heels by a rather unexpected, almost premature sister, Miss Sapphire.
Another colour, another way.
Had Dad been playing away from home or what? Suddenly there she was, all blue….
But times were changing fast in the late 80's, and Miss Sapphire comes with a
fuel injected 2.1 litre engine. Young strong & keen to prove her worth, yet 5 speeds
had given away to 4 again (like Mrs Satsang). More horses than dogs, sister number 4
had a mix and match that none of us are really sure about.
However, a fantastic combination of all, both interior & exterior, she's turns head as well as miles. Coming out of Canada, she boasts of a very young heart & fresh lungs.
Definitely the master of the family now. Perfect for the longer hauls. She's a good worker, but a bit bossy at times.
Of course, she has central locking, electric windows & cruise control!
… something to do with school we think.
She's a star for sure!
